About WINDA

WINDA helps employers view the certification status of GWO Training Providers and the training history of Course Participants who have completed GWO training.

WINDA can be used by the following profiles:

Training Providers must use WINDA to upload Training Records for Course Participants who have completed GWO training and use WINDA to support the governance and compliance processes between GWO and Training Providers.

Instructors must use WINDA to manage affiliation with the Training Provider(s) on whose behalf they provide training.

Organisations (e.g. employers, duty holders, relevant stakeholders) can use WINDA to view current and valid Training Records of Course Participants.

Course Participants must use WINDA to hold a WINDA ID, access their personal profile, privacy settings and Training Records.
